The Project:
Seismic Retrofit of existing six-story commercial building.
The Challenge:
This project required us to underpin the existing foundation while rigging the existing structure in place. We also needed to install more than 100’ of poured-in-place concrete walls with congested rebar.
Our Work:
Our concrete experts were able to creatively shore up the building structure and pour foundations as needed, despite limited physical access.
End Result:
Our estimators and project managers ensured that this project was completed on time and on budget.
