Outlets at San Clemente

The Project:
New construction of Outlet mall consisting of eight buildings, on a 51-acre site.
The Challenge:
Working in multiple areas on multiple projects throughout 51-acre lot, all at the same time, was not easy. We mobilized a large percentage of our team, along with Layton Construction, to get this project done and ensure maximum collaboration and coordination.
Our Work:
With much planning and preparation, this job was one of the largest and most satisfying that we’ve ever undertaken. Visiting these outlets is like a return home for many of our staff and contractors!
End Result:
All of our work was completed on time, on budget, and we have an excellent on-going relationship with the GC who brought us on board.
