The Project:

Structural Concrete and CMU construction of supportive housing on one level concrete podium deck.

The Challenge:

Not all projects come to us with an ideal amount of lead time, and this was one of those instances. This was a complex project with a tight deadline and a short window for securing required materials – we needed to think and act quickly in order to make this happen.

Our Work:

Leaning on our experience and expert product source team, we were able to solve the issue by using an alternate product that ended up working our perfectly. This allows us to cut down on lead time and block material.

End Result:

Project was completed on time, on budget! The GC was impressed with our ingenuity and referred us onward for future projects.
