Inn at the Pier

The Project:

Structural concrete and CMU ground-Up hotel construction, over one level of subterranean parking.

The Challenge:

Due to the location and specific needs of this particular project, we engaged an out of town work force to enhance our typical staff and roster of contractors.

Our Work:

By coordinating daily and ensuring progress and safety at each step of the project, our structural concrete and CMU work was completed in a timely manner, ensuring that the development could continue without an issue.

End Result:

We expanded both our pool of resources and our client base by completing this project on time and on budget.
