660 BAKER

Costa Mesa, CA

The Project:

Create structural retrofits and aesthetic improvements to four existing buildings.
This project included a complete site facelift including decorative concrete paving for sidewalks and walkways, installation of ADA ramps, creation of CIP planter walls, and a variety of ornamental steel work (such as handrails and interior cable rails). This is an ambitious, complex, multi-faceted project.

The Challenge:

Complete the project on our GC’s strict timeline – cemented by an Open House event that could not be moved.

Our Work:

RHCI worked numerous long days during the week and multiple weekends to complete 100% of the prescribed work, up to and including the morning of the Open House. We guaranteed that the work would be completed at an elite level while staying on budget and on calendar – we did exactly that.

End Result:

The Open House went on without a hitch, our work was spotless and received universal praise from attendees and extensive thanks and gratitude from our GC.
