Ricky began his career at Rick Hamm Construction, Inc. washing construction equipment at the age of 14. Since those days, Ricky has matured into a key player at RHCI and is a critical part of the leadership team. He’s taken courses in project management to expand his knowledge base and spent close to five years in the field learning the business in real time applications; all of which has made him a better Estimator and Project Manager. He is actively involved with all operations of the company to facilitate successful completion of projects on budget and on schedule while ensuring that RHCI services consistently exceed our Client’s expectations.
