Mariella is a recent graduate from CSULB who majored in Construction Engineering Management. Mariella interned with The City of Long Beach Public Works Division before working as a Field Engineer for the City of Long Beach ADA Program. Mariella found her passion for concrete when she became the Senior Project Engineer for a decorative concrete contractor. This passion lead her to be an Estimator/Project Manager at Rick Hamm Construction and quickly became Senior Estimator/Project Manager where she continues to grow in knowledge and in her career. When Mariella isn’t at work, she enjoys powerlifting, traveling, golf, music and dancing.
